Late Policy

FIVE (5) minute grace period. Please contact me via text (919-337-5456) as soon as you suspect you may be late. If I do not have another appointment next, I'm happy to accommodate you. Otherwise we will have to reschedule so my appointments do not fall behind.

Arrival

My Salon Suite - West Cary is located at 2739 NC-55, Cary, North Carolina 27519 (High House Crossing Shopping Center).

Once you enter the building, please do not follow behind other guests who have been buzzed in by other service providers. Just use the keypad to dial me (206, then the green call button) or text me (919-337-5456) to let me know you have arrived.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to book any appointment over 30 mins. The amount is paid toward to your service total. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your service. This amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling will be limited to (2) opportunities per appointment.

Cancellation Policy & No Shows

Your confirmation email will have links to cancel or reschedule until 12 hours before your appointment time. You can also download the Vagaro app from the App Store or Google Play. If you need to cancel or reschedule closer to your appointment time, please text me (919-337-5456).

After a pattern of last minute cancellations and/or No Call/No Shows (three in a six month period), I will no longer be able to accept you as a client. Please do not schedule an appointment if you are not confident in your availability during that time.

GUESTS

My spa room is on the smaller side. Therefore, I can only allow one adult guest in the room during your appointment (excluding brazilian waxes). Additionally, children are not permitted as guests. As the service provider, my attention will be on the client and the client needs to be engaged with the service as well. With sharp objects and hot wax around, safety is my first priority.

Note: There is a small waiting area at the entrance of the building with a couple of chairs.

COVID PRECAUTIONS

Iā€™m up to date on my boosters and will be wearing a mask for all services for the foreseeable future. Clients are encouraged but not required to wear a mask. I will still have disposable masks on hand as well. For any immunocompromised clients, I would recommend scheduling your appointments on Sundays. Most of the businesses in my building are closed so traffic throughout the hallways drops significantly on Sunday.
